You are welcome to pay the fee or bring your own.</li></ul><p><strong>How to reserve:</strong></p><ul><li>In order to secure a reservation the property manager emails a personal contract to you. After reading over it, we ask that you sign and return a copy to the property manager. </li><br /><li>To hold a reservation for the property we require that half the total amount of the rental be paid within a week of the receipt of the contract. We accept credit cards, checks, or money orders. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.<br /></li><br /><li>The remainder is due 30 days before your arrival. If you have questions or would like to make a reservation, get in touch as soon as possible.
