The three bedroom Lakeside Home can sleep up to 12 persons.
- one master bedroom with attached bath and king size bed,
- one bedroom two bunk beds that have a full size mattress on bottom and twin on top,
- one bedroom with a queen size bed.
- There is another bathroom in the hall and a pull out sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully stocked and you will have access to washer/dryer.
- The rate for the house ranges from $250 to $500 per night.
The Apartment Suite can sleep up to 4
- queen size bed
- trundle bed (two twin mattresses)
- full kitchen and bathroom
- The rate ranges from $100-$175 per night
The Lakeside Bunkie can sleep up to 4
- two bunked beds
- pull out futon, double size mattress
- full bathroom and a kitchenette
- The rate ranges from $50 - $125
The Lakeside Cottage can sleep up to 8
- one bathroom
- full kitchen
- a living and dining area
- master bedroom with a queen size bed
- sleeping area with 4 twin beds
- pull out sofa in the living room
- day bed sofa in the living room
- The rate for the cottage ranges from $175-$300 per night
All of our properties have:
- heat/AC
- cable TV/DVD
- wireless access
In total there are:
- 6 patios overlooking the water
- plenty of seating and table space for out door dining
- several charcoal grills for cooking al fresco
On the water we have:
- a 35 foot tube slide
- two diving platforms
- a boat dock
- plenty of room to swim and relax in the water and on the decks.
In addition to rental rates, we also charge:
- 10% tax
- a cleaning fee that varies depending on the properties you choose
- a $400 security deposit fully refundable within two weeks of your departure as long as there are no damages or breaches of contract.
Finally, we provide:
- linens free of charge
- towels are rented for $5 a person. You are welcome to pay the fee or bring your own.
How to reserve:
- In order to secure a reservation the property manager emails a personal contract to you. After reading over it, we ask that you sign and return a copy to the property manager.
- To hold a reservation for the property we require that half the total amount of the rental be paid within a week of the receipt of the contract. We accept credit cards, checks, or money orders. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
- The remainder is due 30 days before your arrival. If you have questions or would like to make a reservation, get in touch as soon as possible. We fill up very quickly over the summer months.
